Oh my god was this a nightmare trip. After booking I see that there is a $1500 deposit for monthly stays - if that info is in the listing it needs to be very clear or mentioned on on your receipt or something because I was shocked but because it’s non refundable what can ya do. Upon entering we noticed an egg or sulfur smell? Their “self check in” kiosks were not working so we had to wait for assistance but then they needed assistance - the person that approached was so visibly annoyed and exhausted - then we had to ask where to go to get to our room? Little did we know that set the tone for the entire stay. They never said where the laundry or fitness rooms were so we had to find all of that on our own. We noticed quickly that the pictures are misleading as most of the images you see are of the lobby and it doesn’t actually look like that. While the room itself is cute and the projector is a nice touch it doesn’t make up for the absolutely awful customer service. Good luck getting ANYTHING from the staff (besides an attitude) including toilet paper or clean towels. They give you a dishwasher but won’t refill your detergent. We stayed for a month and had to purchase a long list of household items. I will say I was refunded money for the items I had to purchase but not for the day we left early due to how rude the staff was and we didn’t have toilet paper yet again. Of course I emailed Airbnb support and while the responses were quick my issues were met with excuses and attempts to minimize what was happening. Again, that odor was terrible and you smell it all over the place. We would walk down the halls and see chicken or discarded food on the ground. One of the valet members is so rude that I actually laughed out loud when he asked us to wait until the people that were checking out to pack their car, get in, and drive away so that we could move our vehicle up a couple of feet in an empty parking lot. But if you want to pay $400 a month for parking I’m sure they’ll be nice! I do not feel this place is good for long term stays.

LOVED staying here! My dog and I stayed here for 2 months and had a great time. Such a good location and great value!
