The unit is clean. Everything is in good condition. Only the carpark is a bit not convenient. Overall it is good.

pool and playground is good. house is spacious but needs some maintenance. one room had a bit of smoky smell because no windows. cleanliness can be improved. overall wasn't too bad.

It is a nice play for family vacation as the swimming pool area comes with a water park for children. The parking lot for your car is in another building opposite the unit. Before you arrive at the apartment, make sure to stop by at the Petronas station (about 200m away from the building) to get the access cards from the mailbox. There are shops & restaurants nearby and it is quite a peaceful area. The unit comes with washing machine & dryer which is handy but they did not provide detergent. So you will have to bring your own detergent if you plan to do your laundry there. There are also no coffee / tea provided. Overall, it’s a nice stay for our short staycation in Ipoh.
