Candace was an amazing host! The house was beautiful. Very clean as well. The beach was very close, and sunset was beautiful. My fiance and I plan on comming back in the future!

Had a great stay during the eclipse! The house is just a short walk to a beautiful Lake Erie beach. We had lots of fun skipping stones and building driftwood forts. Also enjoyed the shops in town and visiting many local wineries. The house was very well stocked and had lots of great info on things to do locally.

The cottage was great! Very clean and had everything you could want, even some things you wouldn’t expect like K-Cups. It was a cold weekend, but the cottage was warm with baseboard heaters throughout. We were pleased to see the guidebook had a detailed guide to the area, including all of the area’s wineries!. AWESOME! On the kitchen wall was a map of the area showing the walking path to beach access and a couple other cool spots. The backyard is peaceful and has a great firepit, plenty of chairs and a picnic table. There were games in the garage for families; spikeball, cornhole, etc. We appreciated not having to leave the neighborhood to get to the beach! Just around the corner were some benches overlooking the lake (so beautiful) and steps down to the beach. The restaurants in town were good and diverse, plus some antique shops and other stores. We will definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.

The house was private and peaceful. The fire pit was great to have and drink some wine. The wineries was not far to drive to. Went to a really great restaurant for breakfast (Parkview) great food and nice people would highly recommend! The only downfall was the place was so cold inside could not find thermostat. I struggled with the base board heat that did not heat the cottage . Bring extra blankets and ropes!

Candace’s cottage was clean, cozy, and in the perfect location. There is so much to do around the area, and it is a short walk to the lake. We will definitely stay again next time we are in town!
