The bathroom shower curtain had a significant amount of mold on it and one of the bathrooms had an overpowering smell of mold. The toilets were extremely dirty. There were dead bugs on the walls and it looked like it had not really been cleaned. Lots of dust and dirt on the house. Also the back cameras are not off as stated in the add. That being said it’s a beautiful location and right on the lake. I think for what they charge it could be cleaner or lower the price. It’s definitely overpriced!

This was a perfect spot for our family trip. The views were amazing, and being able to walk the pedestrian bridge over Lake Marion was fantastic! This condo has amazing views!

This was a great place with beautiful views. The family and I had a great time, we found a place to rent a boat just around the corner. Lots of natural light. Our only complaint was that there was cobwebs with dust covering them in the corners, on the walls, and in the chandelier. We did not see any bugs or spiders, webs just looked like they been there for a while. We spent a few minutes wiping those down and then everything was fine. Everything else was very clean. The host was wonderful, the day we arrived we got into town a little earlier than we planned. I messaged him to see if there was any way to check in early; he was quick to respond, and allowed us to check in early. We did some fishing right off the dock which was pretty much right outside the back door. We caught several catfish, one of which was a 30 pounder and about 3 1/2 feet long. We would definitely stay here again

We had a great weekend on the lake!! Boating, fishing and swimming. Great location, was able to walk out the back door and down to the doc for fishing. The condo was great! Beds were so comfortable. I would highly recommend, and definitely cannot wait to come back next year. Thank you so much!!
