* The address is at Purok 4, Sitio Basak, UP Road Mintal, Davao City. Just 3 minute drive from Phoenix gas station (infront of Mintal Elementary School) which is along the highway of Davao-Bukidnon road. * This is a newly built transient house which has 6 rooms. There are 3 rooms in one side and another 3 rooms in the other side, separated by a fire wall. Each side is gated. The rooms are connected by a corridor as a means of passage. The three (3) rooms can accommodate up to 9 guests to sleep comfortably. Our place is newly open, clean & organize as per our previous guests' reviews, comfortable, and most of all secure. We'll always try to keep this positive feedback. Our caretaker Cheche will meet you in Peniel Dormitory, guide you to the place and assist you during check in. We offer free parking in a separate location, just a walking distance or feel free to street park. the place is great and it was the same as described in the information. The hosts are accommodating and proactive. Will definitely come back here to stay if i am around Mintal area. will also recommend them to my friends and other acquiantances.
Very practical and affordable! The rooms are very clean. My mom actually love the floor! Rooms are air conditioned plus the internet is really fast. I had to work online at night during our stay so I really appreciate the fast internet connection and the small tables and chair that were provided. The host is also very approachable, friendly and polite and communicates well. She even gave my mom some golden tree seeds before we checked out. The place is very easy to find and safe too. We just followed the GPS! Highly recommended! It is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for not so expensive yet comfortable rooms to stay with overnight!

Dormitory po siya, pero bery clean and accomodating si host. I highly reccommend it for large groups po kasi they offer many rooms. Family din po pwede. Highly reccommended po siya sa mga out of town businesses po safe and secure ang area. Thank you po sa great stay namin! Sorry ngaun lang nakapagleave ng reviews medyo busy hehe.
