Jacqui is great, she catered to our needs from the first hour of booking and had a quick responsive time to a question even an hour before we left. Her place is amazing yet private and secluded but still minutes from Porters Neck & Wilmington. We absolutely loved her interior color scheme, the beds, bathroom & could let the dogs out with no neighbors walking around. We only heard the neighbors rooster in the mornings when we took the dogs out, not before. I would highly recommend this home and hopefully stay here again in the future👌🏼

This was our second time staying. It was very convenient for visiting family in the area. All restaurants had great food; and grocery stores were close by.

Graystone Cottage is absolutely beautiful inside and out! The modern coastal look makes it so relaxing. The house was beyond clean. I couldn’t believe how immaculate every space of the house was. The kitchen was well equipped. I stayed for a month and had everything I needed to cook and grill with. Even little things like paper plates, napkins, tin foil, etc were provided. You can tell Jacqui really thinks through what a renter would want for an easy stay. The beds are SO comfortable! Jacqui chose amazing mattresses! The Wi-Fi is really good too. I worked from home for the month and had a great connection. The house is so quiet and very private. I ran into some of the neighbors while walking my dog and they are so friendly. One neighbor brought me a dozen fresh eggs from his chickens because he knew I’d be staying for a while. The location is great too. Everything you could want is close by. Graystone is an amazing place to stay!

Our family’s stay at Graystone Cottage was so relaxing and peaceful! It was the perfect place for a new years getaway. Cozy, clean, and so cute! Will definitely stay again in the future.
