Boiler wasnt working on arrival so i had to top that up to get heating going. This was an issues as it was a very cold day. Flat was freezing. Flat smelled very stale and fusty. Kitchen wasn't clean. Dirty spongy, tea towel and scourer for use in stay. Very badic items in kitchen. Ovan was dirty and old which too an age to try and cook on. Hob was dirty with burned in food. Cupd in cupbiard were dirty as was cutlery. Bedding was very clean, no hand towel in bathroom. Seating in lounge was basic and decor very dated. Lacking in bedside lamps in both rooms for reading. Host responded quickly. Felt it was £20 over priced due to low overall accomodation quality.

Only stayed for one night. Arrived early hours but house was warm and welcoming. House is as described.
