地点理想 楼下很多商店 走过对面就是放松看海的岸边 也很靠近渔人码头food court。 屋主超级好人，由于发生小乌龙事件，屋主立马为我们解决问题，要感激屋主与隔壁单位的租客帮忙。 民宿很美 干净。

我们跟他住了三天，我是本人是不抽烟，说市房的时候他说房间里面有我们的香烟盒，我们都没有抽烟，怎么会有香烟盒，他没有考虑一下，是不是全个顾客的认可就罚款我们200块钱。

The unit was advertised as a luxury stay. We had wanted to enjoy our holiday in comfort so we picked the accomodation. However, we were very disappointed. Here are some of the reasons why this was not a luxury stay as advertised: 1. Aircon broke down in the middle of the night and we were woken up by strong burning smell. Perhaps the aircon has not been serviced in a while. Could have been a fire hazard if we didn’t wake up in time. 2. The unit was dusty everywhere. I suspect the thick curtains are covered with dust and each time we draw the curtains open/close, dust spreads everywhere. 3. Pillows and blankets have a noticeable musty/sweaty smell, they did not smell clean. 4. Shower is mouldy and toilet bowls are stained and dirty. 5. Some doors and walls have clear stains. 6. Sofa in the living room is broken and cannot be used as the springs poke you each time you use it. Same issue with one single bed. Felt like sleeping on something sharp. 7. Pipe under sink was leaking throughout and toilet floor was wet. 8. Some lights were not working and the unit itself does not have sufficient lighting. 10. Door to balcony where the aircon compressor was could not be shut tight, which made the house warm. 11. WIFI was not working at our unit and we were asked to use wifi from another nearby unit. Hence, wifi signal was very weak and we had to stand near the front door each time we needed to use wifi. 12. Swimming pool facility was not maintained. Decking area to the pool ladder was broken and was a safety hazard for young children. 13. One toilet tank was leaking water onto bathroom floor. 14. Overall, the aesthetics in the unit were far from luxurious. Some walls were simply patched up. The photos on listing are probably taken when the unit was brand new. They do not accurately represent the condition on the unit now. Sadly, it has not been maintained well. We were very much looking forward to this stay as we trusted the listing which advertised the unit as luxury accomodation. On the upside, the location was strategic and convenient. Lots of shops and food places downstairs. Host Yorkee also tried her best to be responsive and helpful. She moved us to another unit when the aircon emitted burning smell. She also got someone to fix the main living room lighting as it was flickering non-stop. Overall, the unit was just in a very poor condition and not luxurious. It will need to be fully inspected and maintained before opening it up to the next guests.
