A localização é excelente, porém tivemos problemas com a água ao entrarmos. mesmo após ligar a geral, a pressão era pouca, a descarga demorava a encher, o chuveiro ficava pingando constantemente após o uso. apartamento absurdamente quente e abafado. algumas paredes infiltradas.
