When we arrived, we noticed an absurd amount of mosquitos INSIDE the home. I understand why cause of the location. However, when bringing this up to the host to find solutions like if he had repellent, we were met with negative responses. We were told “if you guys are complaining, you can leave”. We understand that mosquitos are everywhere, we just wanted to know if there was repellent or if we should go get some. We also found stains on linens in the bedrooms & used soap bars in bathrooms. The host tried charging us for use of the speaker which was not mentioned in the house rules. He also stayed at the house/on premises during our stay, which we were unaware would happen until we checked in. Felt like a violation of our privacy because we were not informed when booking. Waking up on our last day, the fridge and water were shut off so we were not able to clean ourselves before our flight. I can continue… beautiful place, terrible hospitality. We’ve never had issues with any other bnb

Es una muy linda villa con muy buen ambiente para estar con amigos y familia, solo tiene algunos detalles que mejorar, pero la pasamos muy bien en general.
