If you are looking for a gathering spot for a large group of friends or family this is it. Plenty of room to spread out or get together for meals, socializing, etc. Stephen is very accommodating. I highly recommend it.

Can’t say enough about how wonderful a place this is…views are stunning and it is very cool to literally be on the border with Canada. We took a group of teens on winter break to ski at JayPeak and use the water park there. This was sooo much better than staying at JayPeak. We were in any out of the ski slopes everyday, and back to this comfortable house. This will be my first choice every time we are in the area. Especially because of the super host who communicated, accommodated and made sure to go over the top on the comforts!

Bathrooms were dirty upon arrival and I communicated to him. He said he would come himself and clean them and he sent photos of the bathrooms to us because we weren’t in the home at the time he came to clean. They were still not totally clean. Especially the toilets. Some hard water stains but also hair and urine on seat. I don’t believe the place was professionally cleaned. We cleaned them ourselves. Also the communication seemed offended that I complained about the bathrooms. Reminding me of the many 5-star reviews and that the home is special. I just wanted a clean place to stay. Beautiful views though.
