The place is decent…. But the few issues were: no place to store a bag if you arrive before check-in time or after checkout, reception is only open 9-5, so if you are also working, it’s impossible to speak to reception directly. It’s not in a great part of town, there train tracks are noisy and it’s not safe outside, so know what you’re getting into. In other places the kitchens usually have a little cooking oil, salt and pepper, etc to make cooking easier, this was bare bones, had to even request a sponge and dish soap To cleanup. The shops downstairs are great, restaurant, coffee and basic groceries. There is a hidden laundry room in the parking lot, so you can wash your own clothes instead of paying the high service fee.

Overall good stay there although I was hardly at the Airbnb to fully appreciate it but I do think it was value for money. The main bedroom door didn’t have a closing mechanism at room 921 so the only way to keep it closed was to lock it.

The Wex1 is close to our offices so ideal for our staff to stay at. The only issue is the area which is not very safe and then the proximity to the office is too close for ubers but too far and dangerous to walk. This is, however, not the fault of the venue. We felt home and with easy access to basics. Good location, easy access, safe and comfortable. Faced a few noises and it is a busy building.
