The flat is located a few minutes away from a bus stop and a 25 minute walk to the city centre. It is also close to the airport. We had a nice stay and the host was kind enough to add an extra bed to accommodate a group of 4 guests. A few suggestions for improvement: - WiFi is very poor (5 Mbps), so not ideal for someone who intends to work from remote (like me) and there is no dedicated workspace (as described on the listing). I had made Stefano aware that I was going to work from the flat. - The building is undergoing renovation, which means that you cannot use the balcony and there is noise starting from 7am on weekdays. I suggest the host would inform their guests while they still have the chance to cancel for free. I was made aware of the problem a few days before check-in and it was too late to cancel and find another place. - The bathroom needs some renovation: the bathtub gets clogged after you have had a shower, and the toilet flush needs some gap before re-use

Had a great stay. Chiara was very accommodating to our last minute reservation. It was easy to find and get into the apartment. And we appreciated local recommendations. The apartment is quite spacious and clean - perfect for 4 people. The only downside was the bathroom - the tub would get clogged very easily and the shower glass was broken so the water went in the floor. However, we appreciated the washing machine as we were touring Italy for 2 weeks so we had a lot of laundry to do. The area around is quite - okay distance from town and 10 min drive to the airport.
