The apartment is cozy for two, and had all the amenities necessary for staying a whole month. I was able to work from there remotely. The apartment is relatively modern looking. The kitchen is very adequate, the machines work correctly, the blinds of the balcony move automatically. We were also provided with enough towels and bed sheets. Some downsides are that the bathroom can stay very humid, even with the window open and that the sink was dripping below, but it did not cause any huge inconvenience. Unfortunately also the cleaning was not made at an acceptable level, not for our standard. We had to clean floor, table, couch, refrigerator, drawers etc. again on our own. The area on its own is to my opinion beautiful, it feels quite local still. Many restaurant and bar options, especially of the smaller local type, several impressive viewpoints, supermarket, the tram 28 route etc. The street itself is slightly uncanny, especially at night, not much going on and a steep walk upwards

Nice apartment and we enjoyed our stay. I had wrote to innkeeper about the balcony door that was faulty and they responded that they would send a technician but this never happened. We had trouble with the toilet and due to the lack of communication from the first issue we resolved ourselves. Other than this, it was an enjoyable stay. Slightly expensive for the area, considering we are a long walk from main areas. Thanks!

Bon séjour de 1 semaine pour ma copine et moi. L'appartement est climatisé, assez spacieux et à beaucoup de rangement. Il est dans un bon quartier de Lisbonne et assez proche du centre ville. Je n'ai mis que 4 étoiles (après avoir hésité à mettre 3) car la maison manquait cruellement d'équipement de base : Aucun papier toilette, pas de pastille pour faire tourner le lave vaisselle, 1 seul pastille pour le lave linge, pas de torchon, seulement 4 assiettes (et autant de fourchettes/couteaux). De plus la vaisselle n'était pas complètement propre à notre arrivée. La cuvette des toilettes était cassé, quand j'en ai informé le propriétaire il à été réactif et m'a proposé de la réparer.

Alloggio come nelle foto e descrizione. Zona tranquilla è molto comoda per raggiungere i posti più caratteristici della città sia a piedi che coi bus. Buona la pulizia dell’appartamento. Ottima la comunicazione con l’host sempre disponibile a qualsiasi orario. Check-in fatto dopo la mezzanotte senza riscontrare alcun tipo di problema.
