Primrose Treetops Spanning five floors, three bedrooms, and featuring that ultimate London luxury - a rooftop balcony with a view - this classic Victorian townhouse is a slick combination of contemporary design, bright spot lighting, and scintillating colour. With arresting panoramic views from nearby Primrose Hill, and famous Regents Park just round the corner, you'll be perfectly placed to explore the city, or immerse yourself in the local delights of this picturesque North London suburb. It's hard to know where to begin with this expertly modernised townhouse. The open-plan living room is a master class in minimalism, enhanced by large windows and three plush sofas. The kitchen boasts a smart silver finish, warm pendant lighting, and French doors opening onto a delightful outdoor decking area. At the front, an attractive shuttered window offers picture-perfect views of the terraced street beyond - a great backdrop whilst enjoying a meal at the dining table. Adding to the ambience are leafy plants and colourful cushioned chairs, contrasting the charcoal tones of the wall and fireplace. Upstairs we're particularly keen on the family-sized bathroom with its marbled walls, impressive walk-in shower, and deep, stand-alone bathtub. The three bedrooms are bright and spacious with swathes of natural light. Special mentions go to the little winsome patio area, with its chalk white walls and tumbling greenery, and the top floor bedroom, with its wall of silhouetted branches and sweeping rooftop views. We love... The filth floor balcony. Primrose Hill is one of London's hidden gems, with its leafy streets, rolling hills, and splendid Victorian houses. Complete with table and chairs, you can enjoy the sights in private, either basking in the sunshine, or gazing up at the stars. Should you need to work during your stay (snooze), there's also a handy office space between the first and second floors, including a desk, chair, and printer. As with any classic terrace house, there's no shortage of stairs, and those at the top are pretty narrow. Whilst we wouldn't recommend this to anyone with mobility issues, if you can manage the climb, trust us - it's totally worth it. As well as the three double bedrooms, there's a single daybed available on request in the hallway - ideal for a child if you need a little extra space. One room (shown on the floor plan as bedroom 2) will be locked with no guest access.
Very special place in the quiet neighborhood of Primrose Hill. We like to sleep with the windows open for fresh air and it was peaceful and comfortable. We hope to be able to return there someday. It's a 5 minute walk to the village where we could find anything we needed and 10 minutes to Camden for more action. Our favorite part is being a few minutes walk to Primrose Hill Park and Regents Park too!
Positives: -Incredible location!! Seriously such a charming neighborhood and very walkable, peaceful and a perfect jumping off point for London -Beautiful townhouse. Furnishings/fixtures are super high quality and very well maintained. -Veeve was super responsive and helpful with issues that arose during our stay. Negatives: -There are a lot of stairs. Get ready for a leg workout and to be split between floors. -There is a bedroom that is not accessible! We had some confusion due to photos at the time of booking and the site layout. Just realize/clarify whether or not the owners primary bedroom is accessible for your stay! - The sheets weren't great quality. Some nicer sheets/towels could go a long way making the stay feel more luxurious/comfortable. Overall - if I had read this review prior to booking and went into it better understanding the quirky floor layout and closed bedroom - I would've still booked it (and been thrilled). The location really is charming and perfect
Lovely place, great neighborhood. Overall, high quality place to stay with family or friends. Only caveat is that all beds are on the small side (double beds). At least one of the rooms could have a queen or king size bed.
We 100% loved the house, everything was absolutely perfect. The Primrose Hill area is anyway one of the best in London, and so was the house. Modern design yet cosy and traditional, clean and super equipped, plus easy and accurate communication with the host. All in all 100 of 100 points. Thank you so much for having us.
This Primrose Hill home is in the perfect location to experience both the charms of the neighborhood and peace and quiet as well. It's within an easy walking distance to everything - fine restaurants, cafes, bakeries, organic markets, shops and local pubs with a great neighborhood vibes. The park is lovely to walk through and we enjoyed the home very much. Communication was easy and professional and we felt comfortable at all times. Highly recommend!
This neighbourhood enjoys one of the most breathtaking views of London for those who climb to the top of its eponymous hill on the corner of Regent’s Park. A popular spot for kite-flying in the autumn months and for drinks-and-a-picnic in the summer this charming spot is always buzzing peacefully with activity. A true ‘urban village’, Primrose Hill is a popular home for celebrities and the well-heeled to enjoy a quieter life while still remaining close to the heart of the city.

Once a booking is confirmed our Customer Service team will become your main point of contact and get in touch with you to organise your arrival at the property (including airport transfers, upon request); after which our on-the-ground management team will look after all aspects of your stay, with in-stay support available to help with any queries. We have strict cleanliness guidelines for our cleaners and all staff who enter our properties and have reinforced existing cleaning procedures in line with official WHO, British and French government guidance. As always, our team ensure that all properties are cleaned to a professional standard before and after each stay, with increased focus on touch-point cleaning (door handles, kitchen surfaces, kettles, taps etc.). All staff who enter properties will follow the below procedures: - Carry and regularly use alcohol-based hand rub - Sanitise their mobile phones - Focus extra attention when cleaning key touch-point areas (door handles, kitchen surfaces, kettles, taps etc.) - Wear protective gear where appropriate - Wash and disinfect work shoes We might be able to arrange for property viewings, upon request, for stays of over 28 nights. Please be aware once a booking is confirmed you will be required to complete a Rental Agreement and also ID verification via our partners Superhog. This is mandatory for all our stays and in accordance to short lets requirements with Veeve.
