My worst experience ever. The host didn’t want revise the apartment at the beginning, guess why? When we checked out he want to charge us on 250BRL for something that was already broken! I have a question for you. If a roof fall into your head, this is your fault? This is the same situation, he want to charge us because the foot of the bad was broken, but this was already broken. Also the quality of the bed is terrible, obviously someone did it before and just let the things as no one would notice and of course it’s the next guest fault. We only have 65kg each one, how is possible to us, break a foot of the bad simply laying down into it?That’s why I always choose to stay on hotels, where this niver happened to me, and I travelled for all the world already. And I will say more, I’m part of a host community on internet and I know what many hosts are doing to make money. They’re doing exactly this. Charging guest without proofs and airbnb with a poor judgement simply pay everything.
