Superb location: walking distance to old town and lots of varying restaurants between the apartment and beach. Several grocery stores are within a few blocks. Street and building's own parking depends a bit on luck, we rented a space from El Molino Parking (~100 € /month) to avoid any worries, but found space at the building half of time. The apartment is pleasant and the balconies give a nice view over the roofs. They wrap around the corner and have fairly good protection from rain and wind, if it happes. The main street is on the other side of the building, so the street noises are well muted, but can be heard. We enjoyed the place for a month in January, special for us was the park up the hill and view of the mountains.

Very happy with our stay at Cristóbal's listing! Very cute, clean, and accommodating space. Easy to find. Cristóbal met us in person at exactly the arranged time and he was very pleasant to talk to. Gave us options for parking our car. The beach area and old town are very walkable (less than 10 mins for myself and my teenager) and there's lots to see and eat. Would recommend, and I would absolutely come back again! Thanks, Cristóbal!

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, close to both the marina and the old town. The apartment was very clean, and had everything one needs for a longer stay. The beds were comfortable and there is a desk perfect for remote working. I highly recommend for a stay in Marbella!

A great place to stay in Marbella. The house is exceptional clean and spacious. Great communication with our host and Cristóbal was accommodating, he even let us leave our bags there when we checked out. I would definitely stay here again

Amazing apartment. The photos do not do it justice. We didn’t arrive until midnight, but Cristobal was there to let us in and show us around the apartment. He doesn’t speak English, but this was not an issue, as we spoke on the telephone to someone that did. They gave us a run down of the apartment and local area and we knew that if we needed anything at all, they would be there to help.
