总的来说 很不错，房间空间很大很宽敞，并且有2.5个厕所，这对我们大群体来说非常方便，周围环境也非常的安静，但是房子的隔音效果一般。房子里的餐具用品非常齐全，并且还有很多好看的小杯子，让人感到很惊喜。我们在这间房子里也留下了很多美好的回忆。虽然房源离伦敦中心比较远，但是还挺方便的。总的来说性价比不错！

An OK place to stay, the space of the house was good and accurate. All the minor inconveniences eventually got to us by the end of the week such as the strong smell of sewage(especially strong in the middle floor hall bathroom), flies in the sink piping of the same bathroom, the top level bathroom didn’t have a working light(when I messaged I was told there should be a lightbulb in the cabinet with the boiler) which wasn’t the case as it took a special fluorescent tube light; seems like they didn’t care all that much. When entering the house for the first time it was freezing cold and after 2 hours was finally told correct instructions on how to turn on the heating. One of the nights my party had gotten harassed and ripped off by a cab driver, instead of the property management asking me(their paying customer) what happened it felt like an accusation that I didn’t pay because they were saying stuff like “are you sure you paid?” . This property needs to be fixed to working order.

First of all, this is a non refundable listing which means after you have paid so much your hands are tied. If you decide to cancel, you loose over $3,000. There is an additional £300 security deposit which is not mentioned at the point of booking. If you don’t pay that fee, you won’t be granted access and your booking is non-refundable. For the high end price of this place and the security deposit required, it wasn’t worth the hassle. We had to literally clean the kitchen before use to avoid contamination. Beds are old and rolling. Nevertheless, I could tell that This used to be a very beautiful place and with proper maintenance; it can still be. I had an anticlimax with this place.
