The home is just minutes from downtown Huron featuring the Huron Boat Basin, great restaurants and shops, and is in walking distance to a private park with Lake Erie fishing and swimming access. Cedar Point Sports Force Park is a 7 minute drive, and America's Roller Coast - Cedar Point Amusement park is a quick 15 minute drive away. Have a boat?! The driveway at the Wandering Walley provides ample space for your boat trailer, too. The city of Huron has a wonderful public boat launch at the Huron Boat Basin Marina, just 10 minutes down the road. The Wandering Walleye Huron is used as it's owning family's vacation home, and is warmly shared with visitors to the area when not in use. Soft coastal tones envelop you and provide the backdrop to a family game, a movie, or an afternoon nap. Relax on one of the two sofas available while you read a book or stream your favorites on the Roku smart TV. In the main living space, you'll also find a bar space with wine glasses and champagne flutes, as well as a small built-in fridge to keep your bevies frosty! You'll find the bar also stocked with board games, and a "junk drawer" filled with many necessities, you may have forgotten, or didn't know you needed (Uh... anyone have a piece of gum?!). The kitchen is open to the living area, providing ample space for everyone to mingle together. The attached dining area houses a large table which can seat up to 8 people for meals. A small granite island adds 2 extra stool seating, as well. The bright white kitchen is fully-equipped with all the culinary tools you’ll need to prepare snacks and meals for your whole group. The house is stocked with soft, white sheets, bath & hand towels. We provide two bath towels per guest, plus plenty of hand towels and washcloths stored in the bathrooms. Each bed has a quilt along with a plush fleece blanket!
