Jack's place was exactly what we needed for our guys' golf trip to Augusta. It had all the stuff we like to do: ping pong table, comfy couches, plenty of refrigerator space for cold beers and leftovers, and a great outdoor space for relaxing and smoking some post-round cigars. The decor was steeped in golf history from paintings to Augusta National membership certificates and everything in between. Whenever we come back to Augusta for more rounds of golf the first place we will look to stay will be Jack's place.

The place gave our group of girlfriends plenty of room to hang out together and yet our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Do bring your own soaps, shampoos, conditioners and hair dryers. Pretty much everything else you need is there. Enjoy!

The lakehouse is nice. great location and plenty of space. It is a little dated and the floors are weak in some places. Maybe from renters using it in the summer and coming in wet. The bay windows will give you plenty of light and it's great for family gatherings. The owner did attempt to charge me 350.00 for a food stain a baby let on one of the sheets so be mindful of that. Also the fire pit is right next to the sliding glass door so if you light a fire smoke will travel inside as people go in and out.

Perfect home to stay at for me and my family for a graduation! We loved being together instead of separate hotel rooms. The house is in a beautiful location overlooking the river.

My family and I stayed at Jack’s place over Thanksgiving and had a really wonderful time. The home is beautifully located on the Savannah river well within walking distance of the Palmetto /Peach half marathon that was our reason for staying. The home was large and comfortable with stunning views of the river from each floor. All floors were well equipped with amenities. Jack was very prompt and responsive to questions which was appreciated . We enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner at the Salt and Marrow restaurant, and had great burgers at the Farmhaus . We also used the well equipped kitchen for meals as well as the grill. I would highly recommend this location and home .
