Overall me and my family loved the trip and the home we were staying at, check in was easy with information provided. The view was amazing and the breeze felt just right! The jacuzzi did have a little trash inside and wash rooms were a little dirty. We did have a problem with the A/C upstairs where all the rooms were. We reached out to kitty who was going to send maintenance to fix it but I believe they never came around.
The home was perfect for our pre-Christmas family gathering. We loved the large dining room table for meals and crafting and the multiple common areas provided lots of fun for all ages.
Fantastic house in beautiful surrounding and nearby hill of Helen, GA. Clean and spacious. Super hilly and winding roads leading from gate to house. We were very happy with the house. The one thing I'd suggest is that the listing should clearly state that the house is within a gated community and detail its associated rules, such as check-in has to be before 10PM and no street parking. Guests are not allowed access to pool/tennis and pickleball courts (it's alright with us, as we were there to cycle). Also need to pre-register all cars (including make and model) with the guard-gate. There is a long contract that needed every paragraph initialed and signed to complete . We had some changes to cars which needed calling the guard gate directly to change registered cars. Bit of faff, but worked out for us at the end.
The house was excellent, and the hosts were very accommodating. My friends and I had a great stay.
Spacious cabin with an at home feel. This is a great choice for large groups. Rooms were clean, and the basics for a comfortable stay were provided. We did run into a few issues. The shower in the upstairs bathroom is tiny, and there was no shower curtain. This made it difficult for people to comfortably bathe without making a mess everywhere. Some of the pots and storage containers were missing lids, etc. Other than those minor issues, we had a great stay and enjoyed our time there. We loved the jacuzzi. Thanks for hosting us.

Please note: All Innsbruck guests MUST pass through the gate to enter. It is imperative that you provide correct vehicle information on your signed rental agreement. You can update this as needed but please do so in a timely manner so that no problems will arise.
