Wonderful place to stay in Ballard. Plenty of space for the 6 of us!

Comfortable beds, all necessities there. The bedroom with two beds is on the basement level and the other two bedrooms are on the second level. We had to do some reconfiguring since we had planned to put our toddlers in the two bed bedroom, but didn’t want them alone in the basement . It worked out okay though. Would stay again. Thanks!

This condo was lovely and a great place for us to stay for our Seattle vacation. The living room and kitchen area was a comfortable place for our family of four, plus my parents, to enjoy together. We had one day of sun and we loved being able to sit out on the porch swings. We loved the turntable and records to play, as well. We cooked most meals in the kitchen and it had most everything we needed. The two slight disappointments were 1/ that we realized that the walk to the Golden Garden park required 200+ stairs down (which my parents in their 70s couldn’t do, and my 6 year old nearly couldn’t do) and back up again to return, and 2/ as others had mentioned, we did have one of the bedroom beds that was really uncomfortable and we recommend should be replaced. We are not picky sleepers and this one was tough for us, which stood out. The host was responsive and we had a wonderful stay here.

The place was great, clean, and conveniently located but not too noisy by our standard. We stayed with family and we’re able to stay downstairs while they stayed upstairs and we would meet in the kitchen/living room middle level. The design of the place is perfect for two groups or families. However if you have younger kids, there are two large staircases and no gates or baby proofing options. Hopefully that’s something they will consider adding :) everything was as expected or better. We would stay here again.

The location was excellent for the goal of our trip! We arrived late to the destination and it was cold and raining only to find out our code didn't work; BUT Chase was easy to contact and gave us a new code and we were inside within seconds. House is very cozy. Just minutes from the Golden Gardens park where we watched the sunset nightly and was a joy watching how the locals wrap up their day (weather on the beach relaxing or on the water). Close proximity to Safeway and several coffee shops, restaurants, breweries. Hit the main touristy Seattle attractions and also just a short drive to downtown. Suffice it to say it was an awakening moment for half of our group who are now in the active process and wanting to move not only to Seattle but also the Ballard location. We will definitely be back!
