I would avoid at all cost booking room 1013. We paid $2000 for a clean place. Floors where filthy dirty. I washed them since I have kids and wouldn't let them walk in the dirty place. The rag was pitch black. We called 2 cockroaches while staying in this Airbnb. The bathroom/ shower was with mold all over the place. Sent pictures to the host, she seemed like she didn't care about anything and didn't solve the problem. We all got so sick from staying at this Airbnb. We all had to get medicated. Protect yourself from getting poisoned/infected from mold. It's very serious. I'm trying to get at least a partial refund of the stay for the cleaning. I will update my review if this gets solved.
