Laura's flat was so beautifully decorated and comfortable for my weeklong stay in Beloit in late February. I was visiting my son at Beloit College, so the location was perfect--just a couple of blocks from campus. Her place had everything I needed: coffeemaker, coffee, cooking pans for heating up local homemade frozen soups from Bushel & Peck's, and leftovers from local restaurants, such as Zen Sushi & Grill, Bagels & More, and Trukt. Make sure to try these places during your visit!! I also am a YMCA member, and the Y is right in downtown. It's the nicest Y I've ever visited. There is a 3.5 mi river walk which I recommend as well. The weather fluctuated from freezing to temperate, so I was able to enjoy some walks on the warmer days. Laura was always quick to respond to my questions by text and proactively reached out to make sure I was enjoying my stay and had everything I needed. In the future, when I visit Beloit, I hope to stay at Laura's flat again.

Awesome stay!! Staying short term for work and Laura couldn’t be any more hospitable!! Nice place!! Just like home!!

Laura’s place is very nice. The unit is on the second floor and it’s entrance is off the driveway. She is usually around so if you have a request she is on it. The unit is comfortable, there are several drawers and a decent closet and the kitchen is nice.
