It’s about a 20 minutes drive from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (KNUST) and 29 minutes away from the Kumasi Airport. The house is within a gated compound with a medium-size tropical garden. It’s a spacious space well ventilated with enough natural and artificial lighting. This room is one of three bedrooms. The room has a queen-size bed with a bathroom en-suite. There’s a spacious dining and living area. The kitchen is equipped with general basics with two washing machines. All linen, pillows, blankets, soaps, and towels are provided. There’s a porch to enjoy the view of the garden. A cleaner comes every other day.
