Newly renovated Ibiza-style house. It is an ideal house for visitors who wish to have privacy and relax in an unbeatable location. The house has all the comforts and offers the possibility of enjoying all the facilities near downtown such as restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarkets, bookstore, tobacconist and banks. It is a perfect villa to enjoy with family and friends. The house consists of a spacious living room and three double bedrooms fully equipped with air conditioning, Also, there are two full bathrooms, so you don't have to wait while someone else is getting ready. For those who enjoy to stay behind the stove, the large kitchen is a space that we recommend while the other guests gather around. If the cook likes the outdoors, the outdoor barbecue will meet all your expectations. Finally, the villa has free parking in front of the property for multiple vehicles.

Really nice house in a calm neighbourhood. Antonia gave very clear instructions on how to get to the house as well as how to get inside. Very helpful host, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Antonia was very communicative, and also accommodating regarding early our check in request. The place is just the way it looks, there are certain door ways that you’ll need to duck for passing through. Outside of it, it is a beautiful property.

The place was Ok, the location was inconvenient because the house is hidden in the back of a field. The inside of the house was fine, but the hot water for the shower didn’t always work. Overall place was Ok, nothing great.

Antonia was a great host - very responsive and welcoming. Check in was fast and easy and her cleaning staff are very nice. House is definitely in a more rural area so would recommend a rental car for sure with some wildlife around but all was good . Cabs were easy to take once you figure out how to call them effectively. Overall a very nice stay!

We are in a very quiet and familiar area, a few minutes by car from the airport and the town of Sant Jordi, where you can find everything you need; supermarkets, tobacconist, pharmacies and several bars / restaurants of interest.
It is a historic house with an ideal location for all types of tourists: both for those who want to enjoy the family and relaxed atmosphere on the island's beaches, and for those who want to experience Ibiza's nightlife.
In the surroundings we can find one of the most famous Ibiza beaches, the Ses Salines natural park, just 7 minutes away by car.
10 minutes from the house or 3 minutes from Ses Salines, you can enjoy the best sunsets in Cap des Falcó.
On the other hand, 5 min by car you will find the Playa den Bossa area, where you can enjoy an exiting night out in well-known clubs such as Ushuaïa, Hï, Hard Rock, Bora Bora and many more cocktail bars.
10 minutes from Ibiza city and the area of Talamanca, Pacha and Lío.
