Helped us in a hugely stressful situation where another host cancelled on us within an hour of check-in time. The house is spacious and spotlessly clean. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty around in surrounding town centres. The reply time is great and everything was so easy and smooth from start to finish.

The house is clean and well fcilitated. The location is in quite area but need to have your own car as the public transportation is limited.

We stayed at the property for 3 days and had a very comfortable stay. The check in was seamless and communication between us and the hosts was quick and very good. There was a problem with the hot water, but an engineer came over quickly and resolved it. Sadly the hot water still seemed temperamental, turning hot and cold on and off while showering. This was the only issue we had though. The sofas were comfy and provided a good area for us to chill and relax, and the location of the property was conveniently located for access to Birmingham. We enjoyed the TV and lounge set-up where we chatted, watched some videos and enjoyed our relaxing evenings! The blankets provided on the beds were also super comfy and snuggly. Overall, I would comfortably recommend the host to anyone as they went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable. Thanks for welcoming us to your property.
