The house was clean and spacious, good amenities, efficient washing machine and dryer and showers were good. Lots of space in the kitchen made for really easy meal prep etc. Appreciated the later check out. We enjoyed our stay - thank you.

Lap Yan is very responsive person. He quickly reply any message through the App. Lap Yan place is also very comfortable and everything you need were provided there except the gas and coffee pods just like in the description list. Overall It's very comfortable and worth the price!

We stayed here for a couple of nights and had a great time. It is a newly build house and good entertainment options to keep you busy. We found kitchen amenities should be improved. There was no salt, pepper, sugar, tea or coffee and should be included as these are very basic amenities when you arrive. Instructions to find towels were not clear and it was only one towel provided per room. This can be improved as well. Overall a great experience and I would recommend it to others.

I was blown away when I walked in to the home. It was even better than the pictures! Any questions were promptly answered and everything from booking in, access to the property, communication and exiting the property went seamlessly smooth. Would definitely recommend this property and will certainly stay there again. Thanks to your lovely property, it made our trip away wonderful!
