Visited Penn State with my daughter's and a friend 3 girls and one man. Every one had their own space so it was perfect for our needs. Looking forward to another trip for a football game.

This place was incredible and was everything the listed posted and more. We had a mixed group of family and friends and the space was perfect for our entire group. Having multiple bathrooms and bedrooms on different levels as well as large common areas gave us space to both do things together and have separate quiet time when needed. The space was comfortable and all the furnishings made us feel at home. As a host, Will was incredibly responsive and helped us with questions any time of the day. Would highly recommend this space and Will as a host.

Will is very responsive, had a bulb that was out and he came within 30 mins of messaging him to fix it. Also, I forgot something at the place and he was so nice to drop it off locally. Will's place was neat and clean. It is away from the noise of the student housing, but convenient to all of State College. Great neighborhood. The basement has a 4th bedroom with its own private bathroom. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to stay in State College area. Will is great and will definitely be coming back to his place soon!

Great visit to State College. Townhouse was clean. Beds were comfortable. Three full bathrooms were a plus since we had seven people. Quiet neighborhood and easy drive to campus. Will is very easy to get ahold of and very responsive to any questions.
