The house is in a really pretty area of Amherst—right by the trails around Puffer's Pond. It's cosy, with nice floors and the wood burning stove was great. The decor / furnishings are a bit older / sparser than we expected from the photos, and the bedrooms are very simple—which was slightly surprising for the price.

The cottage is very welcoming, restful, and comfortable, with beautiful natural light during the day. There's a lovely covered patio and spacious yard to enjoy, with many places to sit and relax. The living room also has enough space for everyone to gather and read or craft or work. The home is generously and thoughtfully supplied for visitors: this is the first airbnb we have stayed at where there was a printer provided . The location is hard to beat: within easy walking distance of the Cushman market for good coffee, or through the woods to Puffer's Pond and surrounding trails. David and Libby were quick to respond to us and pleasant and clear in all communications. Highly recommended for a stay in the Amherst area. We certainly hope to stay here again!

The house is well located and has a lot of character. Appliances are new. The host communicated with us very well. We felt that given the size, 2 small bedrooms, the house is quite overpriced.

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in, host is very responsive and accommodating. The space was well furnished with all amenities guest could ask for. Would definitely book again!
