The apartment was just like the photos but even bigger and nicer in real life, with a great view of the sea and Fistral beach .The building was very peaceful and the parking was good and secure. We had a query regarding the central heating, and Tracey was lovely and very quick to respond in a very friendly manner. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk from The Lewinnick Lodge which is a gorgeous restaurant and bar (and dog friendly), and the town centre was a 40 minute walk away. We would absolutely love to stay in the apartment again whenever we are next in Newquay. A bonus that it is dog friendly. :-)

We had a great week at 8 Spinnakers. Super hosts. Tracey and David went out of their way to help us out at check-in when there was a minor issue with the keys. The apartment is huge and spacious, very much bigger than the photos suggest. It’s well equipped and clean and tidy, with two large bathrooms - masses of space for 4 guests. Fantastic view across Fistral Beach. The location is wonderful for the coastal path, breakfast at the Fern Pit cafe, and the ferry across to Crantock beach for a swim in the Gannel. It’s a 20-25 walk into Newquay town & beaches (uphill on the way back!) but pleasant with lovely views. South Fistral only 10 mins away. One thing to note: the Wi-Fi signal is poor & temperamental so not a great spot for working away from home. Good phone and 4G signal though. Thanks David and Tracey!!

Lovely appartment ,very spacious infact bigger than the photos portray. Plenty of room for us . We were gour adults and a small dog. Fantastic view of our favourite beach Fistral . On arrival we found milk in the fridge ,coffee ,tea and sugar which was a very welcome touch. Also there was toilet rolls and cleaning products . The appartment was clean and well thought out . Could of done with a dressing table,chair and mirror in master bedroom for us ladies besides that it had everything you need and the beds and sofa were comfortable . We were very relaxed and felt it was a home from home . Would definately reccommend it to our family and friends. It was within walking distance from the beach and going into Newquay which saved on car parking as we had our own space infront of the entrance.Ideal location with beautiful views of Fistral and Crantock . Will be back Thank you xx
