Horrible experience with the facilities and ambience. Our staycation was completely ruined. Host was dishonest and unable to fulfill the facilities as listed in the Airbnb. Despite all the calls to report the faulty facilities, host did not demonstrate any form of efforts to rectify the problems. Trace of poop and urine on the toilet bowl. The premise is not ready for check in at 3pm. It is a mess and dusty when we reach there. The owner is giving excuses of not having enough manpower. 1. Swimming pool was dirty with murky water and the man cleaner uses soapy water (meant for floor cleaning) to clean the pool instead of chlorine and proper filtering. We contacted host to inform the faulty pool but the host did not attend to it and we couldn't use the pool. She only showed up on the second day of the visit when we were about to check out. Hence, our staycation was ruined without able to enjoy to swim in pool, our main intention. 2. A man cleaner was staying in the mansion together with us. We have to live with him even though we rented the while premise majority of us are ladies. Ridiculous!! Please note that we rented the whole premise. However, the owner has let her staff to come in and out without letting any of our family know. My family and my privacy was greatly infringed! 3.Not only that, the owner had installed 2 cctvs in the house which is ridiculous and overstep our boundaries. The man that live in the house has all our room keys! I couldn't imagine what worse thing could happen. 4. All toilet seats were stained with urine, toilet floors were dirty as if had not been cleaned for quite some time. One of the toilets was clogged with poop too.
