Eddie was great and really responsive. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. I was out walking at 5:00 AM each morning and felt completely safe. While the house is older (I am guessing mid-1970's), it was clean with modern renovations. Very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. There are not a lot of great restaurants close by, but it is only 15-20 minutes from downtown or the Arden Mall area where there are many options. The neighborhood streets are a little confusing, but you can quickly learn how to weave your way around if you have a reasonable sense of direction. The backyard is very private and provides a nice area to relax. I was there from the first of May to the end of June and was really not able to enjoy the pool because the water was just too cool. There are also a number of trees that are constantly dropping stuff in the pool, so it has to be skimmed regularly to be used. All in all, it is a good place to stay, and I would not hesitate to stay again.

This was a wonderful stay at a quiet home on a cul-de-sac. A charming single level house with cute backyard (I stayed during the winter, so I didn't use the pool, but it was lovely to look at). The front yard has an orange tree full of fruit and 5 bunnies live in the cul-de-sac! Having remote control access to the two car garage was wonderful during rainy weather. I stayed for 3 weeks and only had to purchase a few items/tools to stock the kitchen and bathrooms for an extended stay. Lots of large beds in each room made it comfortable for my relatives to come visit me while I stayed. The full washer & dryer worked perfectly for all our laundry needs. Each room has a large smart tv with the owner providing subscriptions to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YouTube TV, very easy to use! The owner left out a bottle of wine when I checked-in, a nice touch. My only negative comments would be that the house smells faintly of weed (even after trying to air it out with open windows).
