Simple easy great location.

Since I live in the neighborhood, family members stayed at Apache when our guest rooms overflowed for a holiday. It is a well-equipped, tastefully finished ranch on a quiet street. Local hosts are great and had the answers that Evolve, the AirBnB affiliated company, did not (access to fridge to stock for guests, trash policy, etc.). The six adults reported a comfortable stay, but spent most time at our home, beach and outings. The price was steeper than three hotel rooms might have been, but for us, the location was the absolutely ideal. Having access to another fridge to store leftovers was great. Screen porch was the favorite seating/meeting space. Extra half bath and towel rack were put to good use by beach goers.

The beds were horrible, the bedroom ceiling fans all worked off of different remotes constantly making us wake each other up through out the night turning each other’s lights on while turning ours off. There was no communication, no supplies left for us to clean after our stay. Nor toilet paper. Also the AC system never really worked house stayed at 75 the whole time. Very dissatisfied with this stay for how much we paid. House was super clean but that’s about all I can say positive on the experience with this location.

Very nice house, clean, very nice furnishing. Great locations. Large kitchen, screen porch. Very fast to respond with easy check in. Will differently stay here again.
