The place and location was fantastic. There was so much to do, great food, etc. Perfect location to watch the Azelia Festival fireworks.

This houseboat is amazing. Excellent use of space, comfortable furnishing and nice kitchen that is stocked perfectly. We loved having drinks over the water and would definitely return.

This was an amazing home! It was clean, spacious and so comfortable! The view of the river and marina is spectacular and the host was wonderful. This was definitley a place where we would like to return!

First Class accommodations and communication by the Hosts! The location of the house boat is walking distance on the River Walk from great restaurants and the sights of downtown Wilmington. The nearby rooftop restaurants/bars had live music which made the visit even more memorable. Staying right on the Marina was fun to see all of the boats and experience water living. We especially enjoyed having our coffee on the outside deck and planning the day’s activities. The house boat is extremely clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. My 3 teenage daughters were very impressed and that about says it all! Many thanks to the hosts!!
