Beautiful calm, bright, clean space with killer views of the infinity pool and hillside. Newly renovated with style and quality. 2nd floor condo on the top of the hill for best view and privacy. Vaulted ceilings and white walls create a flowing open kitchen, dining and living room area. Bedrooms situated to the back looking out on an undeveloped hill. Main bedroom with a ensuite bathroom and a guest bedroom with second bath in hall. Large balcony area with table and chairs. 2nd floor with views out every window. Well equipped throughout, cook's kitchen with dishwasher and quality appliances and details, new beds with memory foam toppers, high thread count bedding, fast internet, nature/guide books, lovely living & dining rooms, 2 bikes, 4 backpack beach chairs, umbrella. Shared spaces include Infinity pool just down our stairs and 6 other pools to explore in the development. Ranchero, outdoor shower, parking.

Beautiful property. Peaceful and felt very safe throughout our stay. The property manager, Tito, is wonderful and Kathryn is responsive via messaging and always helpful. Well stocked kitchen and a balcony area to enjoy morning coffee, overlooking the property and the infinity pool. Highly recommend.

All the comforts of home. Great view of the hills from the balcony and pool. Close to restaurants and stores. Close to several awesome beaches. A car makes everything closer. Kathryn sent information after we booked and then added information a week before we were scheduled. Gave us ideas on places to shop, explore, eat, swim etc.
Kathy is an amazing host and her apartment is great for families, it is extremely well located and it offers all the facilities you need !
