My husband and I had a very comfortable stay in Lizzie’s apartment. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. As shown in the pictures, it’s a very attractive, nicely decorated, but not cluttered, space. The bed was very comfortable with lovely cotton linens. The apartment was quiet, with a little street noise and an occasional sound of footsteps from the apartment above, but nothing very loud or disturbing. It is a basement apartment and is a bit dark, but it does make good use of the available windows and the ceilings are a good height. As another reviewer mentioned, there is a slight musty smell, but it wasn’t a problem. We appreciated the assigned parking space in a nearby lot. The apartment’s location was great for us and we would happily stay there again.

The place was nice, the owner of the Airbnb will be staying next door to you though. The quiet hours are stated as 10pm and 11pm on this booking… Not sure which one she wanted us to go by, but by 9:30pm she was calling my phone telling me to turn my music down that me and my friends were listening to which was not loud at all. So if you are coming to Richmond to have a good time with your friends, do not stay here.

Lizzie’s garden apartment was very nice! Good size with plenty of room for our family of four. The furnishings were above average, the beds were really comfortable, and the place was clean. The neighborhood was also nice and the included parking spot was handy - although it is a short walk to the entrance of the apartment. Because of the walk, loading and unloading luggage wasn’t ideal, but definitely not a deal breaker. Tesla charging was mentioned in the listing but unfortunately we were not able to avail ourselves of this amenity although I did ask for it. Overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay!
