I spent Christmas at Benita’s place with 8 family members coming from 3 directions. It was clean, spacious, and a lovely property to explore. We enjoyed spending time together in the living room. The hosts even decorated for the holiday which was a lovely added perk. Benita was easy to communicate with and was understanding/accommodating with some changes we had due to icy/snowy weather. Great place! Great Hosts!

This property provided a wonderful place for our family of 9, coming from different parts of the country, to meet and celebrate Thanksgiving together. The house was clean and spacious and provided all the essential amenities needed for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped for preparation of a Thanksgiving meal. It provided a peaceful setting and had a path leading down to the lake which my grandchildren loved. Would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful home to stay in. Location is great if you like to be off the beaten path. Neighbors are friendly. I would suggest bringing extra chairs for the deck.

Great place! As Army vets and DA civilians, we’ve been fortunate to have lived in Europe for many years. The cabin had a Bavarian theme which reminded us of a few of those places. The quaintness and openness immediately made you feel relaxed and at home. Being able to sit on the deck and watch deer, take a leisurely walk to the lake and/or sit around the fire pit sharing memories was “next level” and much needed coming out of the stressful period of the past two years. Benita (host) was great and My family and i thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others. We’re already planning a return visit!
