We loved this peaceful, beautiful home. It was perfect for meeting our daughter & son-in-law halfway. The full window view of the lake was therapeutic; the patio was a great place to relax; the beds & sofas were excellent; the kitchen well stocked with cookware. Steve & Corrine were excellent hosts. Always responsive; made it easy to check in/out; we’re generous with a bottle of local wine. It is a 45 minute drive to Point Pelee National Park, which we enjoyed and minutes from Holiday Beach conservation area. We enjoyed some bird watching. A couple of items to point out. There are honey bee hives across the street that the hosts are upfront about. But the bees do find their way into the house. If you have severe allergies to honey bees, please be advised. Also, the bath accommodations worked for us 4, but if you have a larger group, consider that there is only 1 shower. The house is 1.5 baths. We highly recommend this property. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a girls' 2-day getaway. Steve and Corrines was an awesome place with everything we needed. The lovely note and bottle of wine welcoming us was a very nice touch. We felt right at home. Sitting on the back patio was so relaxing that we wished we could have extended our stay.

It was homey & comfortable. We felt relaxed and at ease. The hosts were lovely and so easy to get in touch with, they had cute touches throughout the house. You really felt at home here.

It's a wonderful cottage atmosphere on a great lake of Canada!! Had everything we needed and the bottle of wine was a wonderful touch! We enjoyed it very much!!!
