I stayed in this apartment with my friend for about a month. The location is good for someone who would like to stay close to Nimman, but doesn't necessary want to be in the center of it. The area was quiet and calm, close to Maya shopping mall, plenty of thai restaurants and 7eleven is open 24h and it's just 2 minutes from the building apartment. We were trying to find the place with two bedrooms, they had everything we needed, it would be just nice to have some small bedside table in the smaller bedroom. The room was full of dust on the floor when we arrived and the mirrors were dirty, but it is something that can be easily changed i guess, so in general I reccomend this place to stay, we had a good time :)

Advertised and priced as a luxury apartment with a gym and a pool. Total scam though, the place is horrifically dirty and none of the amenities will work. You can’t cook in the kitchen due to very limited utensils which are disgusting. The hair dryer didn’t work, the iron isn’t in the apartment, the tv doesn’t work, the kettle didn’t work. There’s stains all over the curtains, cupboards and the apartment is generally dirty. There’s a very loud humming noise due to the air conditioning in the rooms which makes it very hard to sleep. Many comments on the users profile about similar issues with no help provided by the host. Only saving grace was the pool and the location. Book at your own risk

욕실과 주방 배수가 좋음. 마야몰과 가깝지만 산티탐과는 거리가 있음. 바닥이 검은색이라 청소해도 먼지가 보임. TV채널이 타이방송과 중국방송 밖에 없어서 볼게 없음. 욕실에서 하수도 냄새가 남. 사진과 똑같음.
