This was a perfect home for our get together. We had plenty of space to hang out and the kitchen was large enough for 3 cooks. The guys really enjoyed the pool table and the large screen tv in the living room was excellent for them to watch their game. I would definitely recommend this home.

We all had a great time as an immediate family reunion from different states. Lots to entertain the kids giving time for adults to spend time together .

Wonderful house! This house was ideal for our large group. We all had our own room (the office room easily converts into a sleepable and private room — you can shut the doors and close the curtains and either use the futon or provided foam mat for a bed). We used the laundry room as a room for one of the kids and it was perfect. The location was perfect — right on the river. We loved how the front and back yard are both fenced in and flat.The house itself is so kid-friendly with a designated kids play area and a converted garage that has ping pong and fusbol. So much space. We didn’t feel over crowded. Our community group just loved this house! We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

The place was perfect! We had a big thanksgiving get together of multiple family members and littles! Plenty of room for everyone to gather also several spots to sit off to read a book or sip coffee with a view of the river! The river and dock were perfect and the guys enjoyed catching trout. The beds were very comfortable! Many of the rooms had blow up bed if needed! Plenty of extra blankets and pillows although the temp in the house was perfect! The kitchen is so well stocked which was much appreciated when preparing a big thanksgiving meal! We were welcomed with breakfast goodies, coffee, and a s’more stash! The game rooms were amazing and kept everyone entertained. Everything worked well and we had no problems. We didn’t need to communicate during the stay but prior to checking and after checkout we did a little and the host was friendly and quick to respond! I recommend this house and host!
