Awful experience. The host is dishonest and strange. There was a Very strong smell of smoke and air freshener in the home. She denied this. We couldn’t sleep, my son was coughing. We asked for refund through Airbnb to leave early. Host agreed, but by then it was too late to find a new place for that night so we had to stay another night. Host sent very irate message saying she had waited for us all day to return keys etc., though we never arranged this. Lots of personal insults etc. She said she would come the next morning at 8am to get the keys. I said this was too early, and to please come at 9. Her neice arrived at 7:50am and demanded we leave. I told her we were leaving at 9. She said she couldn’t understand I carried my sleeping children to the living area, dressed them and left as fast as we could. We did not have time to clean up under those circumstances. She then sent a request for €1800 for ‘damages’ and extra cleaning, as well as a really hateful message. Awful!

personne très disponible et réactive. appartement très spacieux avec tt le nécessaire. lors de notre prochaine visite nous reviendrons sans hésitations. lit bébé avec un très bon matelas . je recommande les yeux fermer

Merci Kanitta pour cet accueil ! L’appartement est super, il est grand, le balcon aussi et donne sur une cour très calme. L’appartement était très propre à mon arrivée et il y avait tout le nécessaire, j’ai aimé les petites touches de décoration. Agréable pour un séjour de longue durée comme le mien. Kanitta est vraiment très réactive pour répondre aux messages, nous avons pu communiquer très facilement. Merci pour cet accueil chaleureux !
