The house was fantastic and so were the hosts! It was exactly like the photos, even felt a little larger in person. Location was great, right across the street from the beach. The house had everything we needed and we loved having the golf cart. Hosts were great and very responsive to all our questions throughout the trip. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Chase and Melissa’s townhome! I couldn’t wait to cook breakfast for our friends who joined us on the trip, and the beautiful (and fully appointed) kitchen didn’t disappoint! The screened in patio made for breezy nights full of conversation and playing guitar, and cozying up in the open-concept living room was equally cozy. It’s also worth mentioning how nice it was for three couples to each have rooms with en-suite bathrooms, and all with King beds (along with a fourth queen sized for larger groups), Quite the find! The convenience of the golf cart and shuttle to the beach club were also such a treat! If ever returning to Pensacola, I know where we’ll be staying. Thanks to our wonderful hosts!

An amazing place to stay. Clean and look exactly like the pictures. It’s across the street from the beach. They have shuttle that can drop you off but it’s a short walk. You’ll have access to the club house, shuttle, community pool and gym. Unfortunately the key cards didn’t work for us so we couldn’t go the to club house. The key card is for the gate, club house, pool and gym. Ours didn’t work but the guards were so nice to help. The community pool was nice. I GIVE THIS PLACE 5 STARS FOR SURE. We will definitely come back.

Very quiet and peaceful. Great place for a group get together. Once construction on closed road is opened back up then access to the beach will be very easy.
