Very kind and helpful host. Location roads are fairly inaccessible, need a 4x4 to get around. Bugs were a huge issue, especially because the doors would not stay shut, and unable to be locked which was also a safety issue, but does provide a safe. Ac was also limited to the bedrooms. Also can not leave food on the counter for more than 10 minutes or it will get covered in ants. As well as not having food in the trash can because animals will break in. Everything else was great, overall if you are not the biggest fan of bugs and wildlife being in the home with you then I do not recommend. If not, the house is beautiful with a great view.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa, man ist Umgeben von Natur und sieht auch dementsprechend viele Tiere. Durch die Lage ist es auch sehr ruhig und man kann entspannen. Dietmar der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hat tolle Empfehlungen für die Gegend. Gerne wieder.

Great location out of the hustle & bustle but close enough to San Teresa, Hermosa, numerous great beaches, grocery stores and all the restaurants you could want. So many good restaurants like Amici (has good Italian), Las Piedras Parrilla has great bbq & is like Fogo de Chao if it was in your best friend’s back yard. Mar is a Great host that has good local knowledge. Secured four wheelers from Andras at Quad Point and had them delivered to the house. Julio the Driver was at the ferry on time and had us loaded and on our way fast & took us to Cobano Airport to fly to SJO with seamless, punctual precision. Upon arrival, Mar met us at the house with the a/c on and the house super clean and ready for us. House is as described in the perfect location with wonderful views. Has good water pressure, hot showers, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, frig, and a coffee maker. Fly in & out with Green Air or Sansa Air for convenience. Will definitely be back. Thanks Mar!

The house and the surroundings are beautiful, and the pool is amazing. Dietmar is a great host. The only thing is the house needs a bit of maintenance and a better lock system for the glass doors (it is not possible to lock the house but there is a safe).
