Perfect house to host ourselves and family for a local university graduation. Charlie's communication was excellent, the house was just as advertised - clean, comfortable and cozy. Instructions were super clear and we had no issues whatsoever. Highly recommended!

Charlie's place was great for our weekend family get away. 6 adults and 3 kids and we were comfortable in the space. Charlie was very easy to reach and great at communicating.
