What a beautiful little cottage. We enjoyed the privacy of it and the location was perfect for us. The whole cottage was spotless and so well taken care of. Our hosts has t6hought of everything from snacks and water to clear directions for everything. We are sure to stay here again when coming to Hardin County....we were originally from here and come to visit family often.

Location was ideal for a visit to our daughter and her fiance's wedding shower in Arlington. Hard to find a place to stay in the area, so Jennifer's was a welcome find. Wish we could have stayed longer to just rest and relax. Perfect place to do so.

Jen and Orlando were great hosts. They were personable and quick to respond to messages. They generously set out snacks, toiletries and even eclipse glasses for our visit! The rental space faces away from the road with a lovely view of neighboring farmland and trees. We heard frogs and barred owls at night, and with clear skies we saw a lot of stars. If you’re into road cycling, this is a great place to ride! Roads are smooth with very little traffic. We’d gladly stay at Sophia’s Country Cottage again if in the area.
