Iris house in Samana is a beautiful property and location. The views are stunning and the house is beautifully decorated. Iris is very responsive and on point with communication. Iris has Carmen as the concierge, chef and house keeper. Carmen was the highlight of the experience. She was beyond incredible, her genuine care for the guest is second to none and her culinary abilities are of a 5 ✨ restaurant/resort. Additionally she was always available and willing to go above and beyond with our needs. She is truly a Rockstar and Iris is blessed to have her within her staff. Only drawback during our stay were a couple of issues with the water heater (2.5 days) and cable network.Not Iris fault but rather the HOA that runs the complex and issue,I hope,this review will help Iris present to that group so that timely service can be provided in the future. In all our experience was wonderful especially with Carmen. I would highly recommend Iris place to anyone looking for a great/relax vacation

Un lugar de ensueño donde puedes ver ballenas pasar en la privacidad y sin molestarlas la villa era mucho más de lo que ves en las fotos Un lugar muy chip y a un justo precio Quienes nos recibieron fueron más que amables hasta ir a la farmacia por medicamentos muy amablemente El pueblo muy cerca y las playas también si van a elegir una villa no duden que este lugar es especial y único
