Great place, very clean and great location to all the big golf courses in St George.

A very nice location. The place was clean and well-decorated. The place was also stocked well with all the necessities. Big problem checking in. I waited outside the front door for over an hour before I was finally able to enter. The code was not provided in the instructions. When I called the host, it went to voicemail and it said to email or text for help. I texted and I received an unfavorable response shortly after. The response was that they are going to contact the onsite staff who never showed up. They texted me several random door codes that did not work. The worst part of this stay was that we did NOT have wifi. The instructions from their physical booklet and from the email both included a network name that did not pop up. Their TV was connected to a different wifi so clearly the instructions were wrong. When I reached out, they were not helpful. They just told me to reset the modem/router. This was a work weekend and we needed wifi and just used personal hotspot.

Gary, We enjoyed our stay at your place! wow! Everything we needed and more. You guys thought of everything! The home is decorated beautifully! The mattresses were fantastic. Amenities galore! Entertainment family dream home of activities! Minutes to downtown, awesome restaurants, parks, lake, and dirt riding. Zion is so close! All I can say is, we can't wait to come back! Thank you Gary! Very nice, relatively new house. Ample parking in driveway and on cul-de-sac. Had just enough bedrooms and beds for our group of 4 families (8 adults + 11 kids). Living, dining, kitchen worked well for us, but it was especially nice to have the private outdoor pool and dining area to spread out. Rooftop patio was good at night, but quite hot and sunny during the day. Kitchen was missing a drip coffee maker, but the management company brought us a new one. As for things that could be improved: there weren't enough towels for everyone (and there were ZERO pool towels, although the owners did lend us some in a pinch, but we found it odd that a house with a pool and hot tub didn't include pool towels). Also, the pool was quite cold at first (it is supposed to be set at 84, I believe, but it was set to 72), and the hot tub was a bit green. All in all, it was a nice house that served us well. We would stay there again, especially if the few minor hiccups above are addressed.
