Tried to charge for a service animal even after I showed Airbnb policy, she said it was her house and her rules. Not much for service. There is a sewage leak that has been there for a while draining into the lake, exposed wires on the mini split system outside (just wire nuts, no tape or junction box), stairs had multiple IBC code violations, two of the bedroom AC didn't work (a repeat issue if you read other reviews) and a host who will send you pages or rules then make up more during your stay. This property has the potential to be really neat but is mismanaged and dangerous due to the multiple building code violations. This is the first time I've had to contact Airbnb to deal with a host and the first bad review I've left. hopefully this property can be managed by someone else in the future.

Breanne was very responsive the entire time of the stay! The process was extremely smooth, and we loved the sunsets over the lake!
