Nice villa in Leeward. The pool is a nice added feature. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes. The golf cart has seen better days. It said fully charged but died on us half way to the beach and had to be pushed back to the house. I would not use this during your stay unless they have worked on it. The living room furniture is in desperate need of replacing. It has definitely been used and abused. The coffee table is about to fall apart. Other than that the beds were comfortable. Very close to Grace bay and a quick drive from the airport.
The pool, proximity to the beautiful beach and golf cart were the best things about this house for us. The home is in great condition but could use some more furniture for 4 adults to get comfortable. More seating and an end table in the living room, some tables around the pool would help. Sunny days is a good responsive host if you need to reach out about anything.
The place was great, loved the stay
We enjoyed our stay here. It is in a nice, quiet, safe area. However, you do need a car to get to restaurants, grocery store, etc. The house was very clean, had comfortable beds and plenty of towels, linens, etc. Some other reviews mentioned lack of closet space, but there is a closet in each bedroom with shelves and hanging space. We were a family of 5 adults and did have an issue with running out of hot water sometimes. The pool area is very nice and we enjoyed hanging out there or the screened in area each morning (we had no issue with bugs in February). There were plenty of beach towels, 4 good beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler. It was nice to have the golfcart to load up all these items on so you didn't have to carry them. Even though it isn't as big as Grace Bay beach, we used Leeward beach all the time. It was so nice to be able to walk to it, it's much less busy, but still a very nice beach. Also good to note, any issue we had was quickly addressed by Sunny Days.
The Villa certainly was older than the pictures would suggest and lacked a lot of basic amenities one would expect at this price point, such as furniture (no where to hang clothes, broken chairs), kitchen utensils (eg, ceramic mugs, cutting board). The property manager, however, was very responsive in dealing with issues. Overall, I certainly would not recommend at this price point
